1.新鲜的海梭鱼,买的时候是活的;

2.梭鱼先刮掉鱼鳞;

7.盖锅盖大火烧开,转小火炖15分钟左右;

8.炖鱼的过程开锅盖看看,鱼汤开始变奶白色,表面出来油花;介意的可以撇掉油花;

9.最后放适量的盐调味,起锅开吃开喝;
